(At the risk of sounding totally vapid and unhelpful, I'm pretty sure that there's some sort of Official Inspector Dude who checks that shit out. Except I obviously don't know his official title. Yeah... haha!) It's not your fault that the basement overflowed. (Is it?) It's your landlord's responsibility to keep the property livable. fer reelz!
