We made one this weekend!
On my prop styling post, Kristan (sp?) linked instructions from another website. I had them tucked away, but Rob beat me to it, and found instructions using stuff we got at IKEA. It's really cool, and studier and less complicated than either Kristan's (which used a cardboard box) or the one you linked to using foam.
I'm not sure where he got the instructions, but the photos are great. The draw back would be that it's a little bit more time consuming to take down after you're done using it, but not even that bad, and we happen to have the space to leave it set up anyway.
I'll post the instructions later this week. Check out this can of Brawndo on Rob's flickr.

Those look delicious and super cute! Happy birthday, Jen!
Have you considered <a href="http://drawingsinmotion.blogspot.com/2009/01/making-of-light-box.html" rel="nofollow">making a light box</a>? I'm curious about your thoughts on that.
