Even Jacob is like, “WTF?”
So what’s up with Lost lately? At the beginning of the season, ABC’s marketing department was all, “The time. For questions. Is! Over!” and I was like “Yay, effing finally!” and now? NOW? There are more questions! More than ever!
Amber isn’t happy.
The writers have stated “There’s a lot of little questions that unfortunately we just don’t have time to answer in the amount of time that we have left.” but I’d like to point out that they’d have plenty of time, heaps and gobs of it, if they quit adding new people to the show to keep track of. Who is this new chick in glasses with the posse in the bushes? Oh my gosh!
I’m not about to stop watching, but I’d really like to know more answers that I have. What’s up with un-dead Locke? Why the parallel time-line? What the HELL happened to Claire?
On a more cheerful note, this is a photo of the cake my friend Jen made for the season premiere. She’s pretty rad.

Lisa’s words to me when we started watching were these: “There are to things you need to know about the makers of LOST. 1 – There are NO RULES. 2 – They DO NOT care about you.”

@ Jen – that is so true! And the writers have pretty much gone on record as saying, “We’re writing this for us. Not you. Us.”
@ liz – Right?!

Your post title made me laugh out loud. To be honest, I decided at the start of this season that the only question I wanted answered is “Do the writers actually have a big board with potential plot points that they then throw darts at to write episodes?” So far, I think the answer is yes. Only asking that question has made it a heck of a lot easier to just sit back and enjoy the ride. Have you listened to any of Geronimo Jack’s Beard’s podcasts? They’re done by Hurley and his girlfriend and they’re really quite good even if they only further confirm my suspicions at times.
