In tiny drips, dribs and draubs, I’ve been getting asked to do photography jobs. People would either see me doing a photoshoot or see my work and say, “Hey, do you have rates?” and at first I was like, “Uh, not really…” but then two seconds later I’d snap to my senses and be all, “Rates! Of course I have rates! What is your project? How can I help you for actual MONEY?”
So. Here is my photography business website, in case you want to hire me. For actual money. Money is good.
The site is a work in progress and I’m not taking it super seriously because I feel it would be so presumptuous of me. But it’s there, and I’ve gotten jobs, so it seems like a logical thing to do.
What are your thoughts on the site? I feel like it needs more sparkle and pizazz. (You know, all the things I’m known for.)

You may want to run it through spellcheck; noticed some spelling mistakes such as “engagement” and “mastectomy.”

Oooh, congrats. I think one of the main fixes could be font. It’s a bit blah to me.
BTW, what’s the rate on a headshot for a friend? Can I pay you in dinner and beer?

If I already love you, beer is a totally acceptable form of payment.

ha ha – when I first read this, I thought you wrote people were asking you ‘Hey, do you have rats?’ Ohhhhh, ‘rates’. Ok. I’m glad you don’t have rats.

I like the simple font. I’m not typically a fan of typewriter-ish fonts, but I think in this case it works.
