(Roman numerals got annoying.)
I have a gleeful love of Target shoes. As long as they’re NOT a slip-on style, they work well for my long, skinny feet, they’re usually vegan which is important to me, and they’re so inexpensive but really well made. These make me super-tall, and I love them.
This skirt looks like a lovely cream in the photo, but it’s “third grade teacher in 1993″ khaki in real life and got returned. The black one might be good, though, but I already have a black pencil skirt.
This purse was falling apart as soon as I got it out of the package. I thought it would be cute to have, but it reads like a really cheap bag, and, like the skirt, it was way darker than expected. It got returned, too.
I had tan flat sandals from last year, but wanted a black pair; Kendi tipped me off to these. They’re awesome, although I had trouble getting one of them off (they zip in the back) after a few glasses of wine. I maybe would have gone half a size down, but they’re fine.
Sephora gave me a sample of Sugar in Passion for my birthday, but Matty immediately ate it. You can’t blame him; it smells delicious. I felt stupid buying a $23 tinted lip balm, even one that looked as good as this does on, but with a 15% off coupon in my hand, it suddenly seemed like a good idea. And it was; I love everything about this, aside from constantly obsessing about losing it.

OK wait, I have a question about the vegan shoes thing… and I guess my question is just why do you prefer them? Because I am the opposite, and will not buy any pleather/vinyl/etc shoes for multiple reasons (environmental and comfort being the biggest ones.)
I feel weird wearing dead animals for fashion, although you’re probably right; PVC isn’t that fantastic, either.
