Ermahgerd, Mah Erberll!
I had no idea until Sunday afternoon, goofing around in the mirror while putting my makeup on, that I could move my eyes independently of each other. I wasn’t sure it was actually what I was doing, but this web cam photo confirmed that I am, in fact, able to cross just one eye, a feat I’ve spent all week demonstrating to every single one of my friends.
That thing about them getting stuck that way isn’t real, right? That would probably ruin my career.

When I lost a bunch of weight, I noticed one day that I could extend the muscles in my neck in a totally freaky way. Maybe it was because I finally had a neck, I don’t know. But it was creepy and hilarious. The next day, those muscles were so sore, I never pulled that stunt again. Your eye shouldn’t get stuck that way, but I wouldn’t test it.

Dude, I can totally do that too! When I was in elementary school I would pretend there were knob controls on the side of my head, and I’d turn them back and forth and make my eyes follow… first I’d cross them both toward the center, then slowly move each one out to the side and back again. It was great for grossing out the boys I had crushes on!
